In the name of time, Yoga and development of spirits and souls please work on opening your body, own mind and heart practicing what you are teaching.

 

Beside that, avoid using “secret” apps on your mobile phone in classes or giving “workshops” based on borrowed experience and knowledge.

Instead, work hardly, diligently, dedicated, strict in your moral outlook and your fairness to others and you will uncover the biggest secrets.
