In silence one learns what patience is.
When you have enough patience then you can begin to look at your own mind and spirit and study the source of your own thoughts, not the source of others’ thoughts. One cannot study the source of someone else’s thoughts.
How can you tell if another person is telling the truth when he complains or when he is talking?
How do you know which source triggers another person’s thoughts? Are they complexes, fears, repressed hatred? Do you, then, voluntarily cooperate on this?
And is the story what someone tells you really what he thinks?
It just seems like a waste of time, this pointless analysis of other people’s stories, especially ordinary, boring chats.
So, to do something really for your own good, study your own words and their sources rather than what you heard on coffee meetings.
You can travel in silence through your own deeds, because, in fact, it never really mattered what others did and do but what you do.
In silence you may find the deed of the day, and its source. Your own deed and its own source.
In silence you can study your fears and their reflections. There are many.
Your dog doesn’t know he has fears. You know, but you don’t know what you know. This is what brings you anguish. That is why makes you feel good next to your dog. He is silent, he is waiting for you and he has no idea of the problems you have created in your own head. Of course dogs are wonderful living beings which we all love and of course he can feel your psyche. But he cannot know the source. Only you can know. And change it, for the better, for you, for him, for all.
– Do we really have to blame only our government, politics, our sister, our brother, our parents, bosses, neighbors or other individuals for our miserable and unfulfilled lives?
No. The darkness of our ignorance is to blame.
– Can we change others?
No. Only ourselves.
– Is taking responsibility for your own life a challenge?
Yes, it is a huge challenge. But also the only real way to finally melt our frozen lives. Yet we are far from an ice age mentality.
Facing fears opens the doors to the mind. One by one.
Doors can only be opened in silence without the audience and not on stage. Silence and self-enquiry give birth to new light of identical frequency.
