The Other Side of a Coin

 

Material abundance carries a great challenge and an even greater anathema for humans. That anathema is, the other side of a coin, that usually completely disrupts the human consciousness of the goodness, the highest human trait, and thus the very thoughts of man and his actions

As after washing, the more material good comes into human lives the more human hearts shrink.

As after washing, many hands clench, the clenched fists throw more in front of the heart.

 

Fortunately for me I had and still have the opportunity to breathe with wonderful people in my classes, but as a spreader of Change and Love I should mention a few other experiences.

Fortunately, not so common but still interesting thoughts and acts such as “I give you € 5 more and you teach me half an hour more” are also part of my long experience teaching Yoga in Germany.

 

Life consists of meetings and encounters.

And our meetings and encounters are our biographies.

 

 

Warm Advice (Opportunity) Straight From my Heart

 

In order to prevent  spreading unpleasant vibration to all those who get the need to send me a suggestion either orally or in writing about my cost of my class, or to give me (sometimes throw) as much money as they want, in this place straight from my heart in this place I give the advice (opportunity) to revive and harmonize their inner lives.

 

Sleep more, dear people, because it is in deep sleep that the ego decays.

In addition, consider the hygiene of your psyche.

 

Nothing is impossible.

I support you (in) spreading Change and Love.

 

On the pages of this site you can find a lot of tips, from those for constructive thinking that relieves suffering, to the importance of controlling breathing (thus emotions, thoughts, desires).

Remember what you learned in our classes and practice it yourself, over and over again.

Even performing the simplest Yoga postures can tame the ego step by step.

 

In addition, those who are traveling around the World I wish every success on the journey. Let all the continents bring you beauty in your biographies.

Remember, dear people, that the other side of the coin really has its other side.
