Art of Teaching Hatha Yoga

We live in a time where Yoga sadly has become a huge business but business that is far from any moral rules of business.

Those who have decided to stay away from that sad business, today, instead of few sentences on the real beauty and real simplicity of Yoga, have to write pages and pages.

Even though my body doesn’t look that way, I am one of those last few seldom bears who bear the sadness and burden of Yoga-is-a-huge-business and I feel that I should take a little longer to describe my way and art of teaching Hatha Yoga.

My Art of Teaching Hatha Yoga

For years I have always started each new class with the same sentence:

I am not here to show you what I can do.

Mind Resistance

Wherever you go, whatever your occupation is, whatever, whenever and wherever you think, whoever you meet, listen or whoever you talk to, something is constantly stoping you being serene, balanced and satisfied.

The way Hatha Yoga is taught, the way I apply it, can help you transform exactly that enemy in you that is stopping you from being just you.

That enemy is called the mind resistance.

How do I Exactly Teach

I personally didn’t invent anything new.

I didn’t invent either new yoga “trademark” or new yoga label.

One way or another I came in touch, or with me came in touch exactly the way that was practiced, experienced and written down for many centuries before Christ in India by the Indian people (and not by the Westerners in the West and then exported to India).

I am very fortunate to have enjoy that privilege.

I am also very happy to be able to enjoy the privilege to call the things real names. The yoga terms and the purpose of those terms that I use in this book-website as well as in classes and lectures are exactly those terms that have been used for the last several hundred years in India.

What Do You Need to Bring to Your Yoga Class and What Not

You need to bring your own yoga mat.

If you attend class regularly it is useful to leave at least a contact address. It is up to your to decide. You don’t need to feel in any forms because I don’t collect any statistics about people.

You don’t need a towel. To uncover the vast treasure in you, you do not need a towel.
We practice on the ground.
Barefoot is always smart to practice Yoga asanas.

We do not sell painkiller creams and you also don’t need to bring these to the class.

In your clothes you should feel comfortable and you should like it.
Even as a graduated costume designer by the University educations I advise you to choose the color of your clothes guided by feelings rather than fashion trends.
The colors you wear and surround yourself determinate the state of your pineal gland.

Useful advices

Where ever you decide to take a first class it is always good first to carefully read the websites as a signpost.

Reading my website not only that you will show respect toward me and my effort, experience and heart but it will also help you to get a glimpse of what kind of atmosphere, art of teaching Hatha Yoga and sensitivity will warmly embrace you.

Reading the introductions on this Website will also help you to recognize whether your personal nature may not need imperative, stiff, command-giving teacher and classes as well as whether you may still need different human interconnections.

A man of free nature can neither be a slave nor a commander.

Every Human Being is a True Treasure

In addition to the hundreds of pages written in this book-website about how every man is a true treasure, on the following page you can continue reading about my personal feelings about the phenomenon.

You can read what I promise you, about the sequence of Yoga Asanas that I have personally practiced for many years and which I have been officially teaching since 2011.

About me and the world of teaching and whether I teach advanced Yoga Asanas or not as well as where you can go to the class if you happen to be in Germany near Cologne this days.

You can check out Yoga Asanas image gallery, read about free or private lessons.

And the last but not least, about the benefits of Yoga practice.

In addition, there is also a short warm message to Yoga (yoga) teachers.
