U toku praktikovanja Joge Nidre um je isklju\u010den, nesvesni i podsvesni slojevi uma se otvaraju.<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to mi zovemo svakodnevnica, vo\u0111eno je onim nesvesnim u nama. Na tom nivou uma \u017eive <em>samskare<\/em>, koje su utisci iz na\u0161eg celokupnog \u017eivota. Va\u0161 neumorni um tako prestaje da skenira, pakuje, analizira, sudi i meri kao \u0161to radi u budnom stanju. On se ne bori ve\u0107 osloba\u0111a i ostavlja stvari iza sebe.
