Dah se zadr\u017eava u odre\u0111enim delovima tela i odre\u0111en period vremena. Ove tehnike, koje su ujedno i kontrole disanja i pro\u0161irivanje <a href=\"https:\/\/yogajagat.com\/sr\/prana-i-pet-slojeva-energetskog-tela\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">prane<\/span><\/a>, fransformi\u0161u ono mehani\u010dko u nama daju\u0107i nam priliku da \u017eivimo kao svesna ljudska bi\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>Na osnovu mog bogatog iskustva sa pranajamom i njenim tehnikama kao i na osnovu velikog iskustva podu\u010davanja nekih od ovih tehnika, rekla bih da bi vremensko trajanje udisanja, izdisanja i zadr\u017eavanja daha svaki praktikant trebao li\u010dno da odredi.<br \/>\nOvo je posebno mudro za one koji se nalaze na po\u010detku ove vi\u0161eslojne prakse jer su i koli\u010dina i priroda <a href=\"https:\/\/yogajagat.com\/sr\/joga-sutra-temelj-tradicije-joge\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">vibracija uma<\/span><\/a> i njihovo izra\u017eavanje druga\u010dije kod svake osobe pojedina\u010dno, svakog dana i svakog sata.<\/p>\n<p>Onima koji se nalaze na samom po\u010detku prakse bi\u0107e mo\u017eda te\u017ee da se skoncentri\u0161u na disanje ali obzirom da je to samo prolazna i normalna faza, ne treba odustati od praktikovanja pranajama tehnika.<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to je najva\u017enije kod pranajama tehnika je da se one izvode potpuno svesno, sa velikim strpljenjem i apsolutnom <a href=\"https:\/\/yogajagat.com\/sr\/zivotinje-ljudi-i-nenasilje\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">ahimzom<\/span><\/a> (u ovoj slu\u010daju se ahimza odnosi na ne povre\u0111ivanje samog sebe).<\/p>\n<p>Samo na taj na\u010din \u010dovek mo\u017ee da upozna svoj unutra\u0161nji svet i da ga transdententira, \u0161ta god da to zna\u010dilo u \u017eivotu svakog pojedinca.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_cta h2=&#8221;Joga Sutra 2.51:&#8221; color=&#8221;turquoise&#8221;]\u010cetvrta vrsta pranajame je zadr\u017eavanje daha koje se prouzrokovano koncentracijom na spolja\u0161nje ili unutra\u0161nje objekte.[\/vc_cta][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<p>Ovo se de\u0161ava potpuno spontano i bez truda. Da pomenem samo par:<\/p>\n<p>za vreme praktikovanja pranajame osloba\u0111a se velika koli\u010dina toplote (energije) koja sagoreva sve ne\u010disto\u0107e i u telu i u umu. U toku pranajame, telo se znoji i tako osloba\u0111a otrovnih materija. Organi za disanje se pre\u010di\u0161\u0107avaju, plu\u0107a se ja\u010daju, energetski slojevi se dovode u ravnote\u017eu. Nivo li\u010dne prane u osobi se pove\u0107ava i pomera ka vi\u0161im nivoima. Pranajama pozitivno uti\u010de na malokrvnost. Celo telo \u010dovekovog bi\u0107a kao i njegov mentalni sistem se regeneri\u0161u. Reguli\u0161e se odnos izme\u0111u kiseonika i ugljen-dioksida.<\/p>\n<p>Koristi pranajame jednostavno ima nebrojeno mnogo, mnoge \u0107e se tek potvrditi.<\/p>\n<p>Svakako je uvek najmudrije za \u010doveka da i sam isproba a ne da \u010dita, i da sam do\u017eivi pranajama tehnike naravno podu\u010davan vrlo iskusnim u\u010diteljima.
