Prana i du\u0161a"},"content":{"rendered":"[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Tehnike meditacije<\/span><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tehnike meditacije su mnogobrojne, kao i ponude.\u00a0Ali ipak ne bi trebalo da zaboravimo da mi li\u010dno nismo izmislili meditaciju ve\u0107 da je<a href=\"https:\/\/yogajagat.com\/sr\/meditacija-o-meditaciji-kao-stanju-duha\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"> meditacija<\/span><\/a> isto\u010dna tehnika stara hiljade godina kao i to da zapadni svet ima sasvim druga\u010diji pristup i odnos prema duhovnosti i \u017eivotu uop\u0161te od isto\u010dnih naroda.<\/p>\n<p>\u010covek zapadne civilizacije \u0107e o meditaciji vi\u0161e pri\u010dati nego praktikovati a tehnike meditacije \u0107e uglavnom koristiti da bi smanjio stres ili da bi re\u0161io druge probleme u \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n<p>Meditacija je u zapadnom dru\u0161tvu vi\u0161e shva\u0107ena i praktikovana kao <a href=\"https:\/\/yogajagat.com\/sr\/koncentracija-korisno-odvajanje-uma-od-bure-darana\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">koncentracija<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tehnike meditacije (ili koncentracije)\u00a0umaju \u0161iroki raspon, od kontemplacije \u0161to zna\u010di duboko reflektovano razmi\u0161ljanje o ne\u010demu, do najvi\u0161ih stanja jogi\u010dkih, budisti\u010dkih ili tantri\u010dkih misli.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Um uvek \u017eeli da bude <em>negde<\/em>. Razumevanje \u0107e zatim odvesti do <em>prepoznavanja<\/em>\u00a0i to je ono \u0161to <a href=\"https:\/\/yogajagat.com\/sr\/ujedinjenje-jedinstvo-dna-joga\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Joga<\/span><\/a> jeste.<\/p>\n<p>I u Jogi, i u Vedanti, i u Tantri zajedni\u010dki predmet meditacije je ponavljanje mantre <a href=\"https:\/\/yogajagat.com\/sr\/zvuk-srca-zvuk-om-simbol-duse\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">OM\u00a0<\/span><\/a> ili neke od hiljade godina stare mantre kao \u0161to je <em>Soham<\/em>, ili <em>Gayatri Mantra:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">o\u1e43 bh\u016br bhuva\u1e25 sva\u1e25, t\u00e1t savit\u00far v\u00e1reniya\u1e43, bh\u00e1rgo dev\u00e1sya dh\u012bmahi, dh\u00edyo y\u00f3 na\u1e25 pracod\u00e1y\u0101t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ponavljanje mantre zove se \u0110apa (<em>Japa<\/em> ). One se u\u010de na \u010dasovima vo\u0111enim pravim u\u010diteljima prave Joge ili onim ljudima koji su i sami do\u017eiveli mantru na najvi\u0161em nivou srca i duha (to se oseti, ne mo\u017ee se lako niti odglumiti niti sakriti).<\/p>\n<p>Ovo ponavljanje mantre se razlikuje, od glasnog ponavljanja (<em>baikhari<\/em> ), tihog \u0161aputanja (<em>upanshu<\/em> ) ili u umu (<em>manasik<\/em> ). Mantra se mo\u017ee i pisati na papiru (<em>likhit<\/em> ).<\/p>\n<p><em>Mala napomena o pisanju re\u010di na papiru:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>iz razloga \u0161to se pristup duhovnosti i \u017eivotu uop\u0161te na Zapadu su\u0161tinski razlikuje od onog na Istoku, moderne zapadnja\u010dke nauke bi danas mnoge stare isto\u010dne tehnike okarakterisale kao &#8220;poreme\u0107aj li\u010dnosti&#8221; tako da, za razliku od psihologije Joge, zapadna psihologija ovakvu aktivnost vidi kao &#8220;poreme\u0107aj uma&#8221; i \u010desto \u0107e osobe koje imaju ekstremnu potrebu da pi\u0161u okarakterisati kao &#8220;grafomanijaci&#8221;. font_container=&#8221;tag:h2|text_align:center|color:%232899af&#8221; google_fonts=&#8221;font_family:Ubuntu%3A300%2C300italic%2Cregular%2Citalic%2C500%2C500italic%2C700%2C700italic|font_style:300%20light%20italic%3A300%3Aitalic&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To je kako Joga poma\u017ee ljudskim bi\u0107ima da stvari nazivaju pravim imenima i da <em>prave razlike<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Iz ovog razloga je Joga povezana sa pojmovima kao \u0161to su paranormalna iskustva, Vi\u0161i Um, Super Um, kosmi\u010dka svest, svetlost, prosvetljenje, vantelesno iskustvo, intuitivno znanje, vrhovno znanje, krajnja istina, van\u010dulno opa\u017eanje, parapsihologija, misti\u010dno iskustvo, metafizika, kosmologija, natprirodne mo\u0107i, vi\u0161e dimenzije, psihofizi\u010dki fenomeni, beskrajnost, ujedinjenje, jedinstvo, ponovno ujedinjenje, kvantna fizika, prostor, vreme, bezprostorno, bezvremensko&#8230; koje su, na kraju, sve samo prirodne pojave.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Ponovno ujedinjenje svesti&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h2|text_align:center|color:%232899af&#8221;
