U stanju meditacije \u010dovek prima kosmi\u010dku energiju koja te\u010de kroz energetsko ili eteri\u010dno telo.<\/p>\n<p>Eteri\u010dno telo je, po staroj nauci Joge, pro\u017eeto sa 72 hiljade energetskih kanala koji se zovu <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><i><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/yogajagat.com\/sr\/kundalini-sakti-zmijska-snaga\/\">nadi<\/a> \u00a0<\/i><\/span>i\u00a0koji su veza izme\u0111u maha aka\u0161a (<em>maha<\/em>&#8211; veliki, <em>akasha<\/em>&#8211; prostor, kosmos)\u00a0 i tela. U ovom stanju nema niti svesti o unutra\u0161njem ili subjektivnom svetu niti o spolja\u0161njem ili objektivnom. Usavr\u0161avanjem odvajanja, pravi jogi nije ravnodu\u0161an prema ljubavi i okolini. Naprotiv, on je potpuno svestan gde se nalazi i u tome je predano strastan.<\/p>\n<p>Stanje meditatora ima <em>sattvi<\/em> snagu prirode koja je \u010disto\u0107a, harmonija, svetlost, lako\u0107a, \u010dvrstina, nesebi\u010dna ljubav. Ove snage \u017eive u najvi\u0161im centrima na temenu glave (nije slu\u010dajnost za\u0161to mi ljudi na fizi\u010dki svet dolazimo sa &#8220;otvorenim temenom&#8221;, fontanelom, ili <em>brahmarandra<\/em> ) koje su, opet, u kontaktu sa vrhovnom, vi\u0161om sve\u0161\u0107u.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je sjajno iskustvo jednog pravog meditatora. Polazna ta\u010dka ka ovom stanju svakako je ve\u0107 pro\u0107i\u0161\u0107eno srce. Ovde svakako ne mislim na srce kao mi\u0161i\u0107 koji nedobrovoljno obavlja svoje radnje ve\u0107 na psihi\u010dki, duhovni centar, na vi\u0161i stepen duha ili vi\u0161i energetski centar u telu. Mislim na prostor i mesto gde svi mi dobrovoljno stavimo na\u0161u dobrovoljnu ruku, bilo levu, desnu ili obe ruke, kada \u017eelimo da se zahvalimo svetu.<\/p>\n<p>To obi\u010dno radimo da bi izrazili na\u0161u strast, saose\u0107aj, kada ka\u017eemo <em>\u017dao mi je<\/em> (koliko nas je sposobno da ovo izgovori?) ili kada pla\u010demo ili se smejemo prolaze\u0107i kroz emocionalnu radost ili bol.<\/p>\n<p>Oba, i radost i patnja su prirodna \u010di\u0161\u0107enja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ali, da bi se pro\u010distilo i kultivisalo i srce i um, \u010dovek treba prvo da upozna oba.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I jer sopstveni strahovi i patnje ne dolaze spolja ve\u0107 \u017eive u na\u0161em umu, najbolji put koji vodi nazad do izvora, koji je harmonija i nesebi\u010dna ljubav, jeste put analize sopstvenih misli, dela, snova, vizija. I pre svega osloba\u0111anje uma od bilo koje manipulacije drugih ljudi. Ti\u0161ina i priroda su definitivno najbolje dru\u0161tvo za ove d\u017einovske delatnosti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Klonite se ljudi koji uvek pri\u010daju o tu\u0111em \u017eivotu.
