UNFOLDING AND HEALING THE HEART

The unfolding and healing of the heart is possible when the mind ceases to deal with irrelevant things. That means that you need to sequester yourself from both inner and outside noises.

When you shut these noises you will stay alone with your inner world. And then you can start exploring. You have to be honest with yourself otherwise you will never move from a frozen point. Take a challenge of change.

Self Enquiry is an exploration of new dimensions of consciousness. It is a deep concentration on the deeper truths of your Being, your Self.

Like other texts on this site (unless they are purely scientific facts or assumptions), this text is not a transcribed text without personal experience and effort, but a “translation” of my personal experiences to new recognitions. I will try here to briefly explain what “unfolding and healing the heart” means, this time at the level of practice and experience of yogic techniques.

When you are in a state in which your basic senses are withdrawn, self enquiry occurs quite naturally and spontaneously.

Unfolding the Heart With the Help of Conscious Breathing

When yogic breathing techniques, which are nothing else than a conscious control of breathing or in the language of Yoga pranayama, are practiced correctly, meaning with full concentration, no doubt and with complete sincerity and devotion, then pranayama naturally becomes a silent exploration in complete intimacy.

Prana is the bioplasmic energy that lies behind every living cell, every breath, every living organism, thought, deed, phenomenon. Ayama means the extension of that energy to a new dimension of space and time, yama means control.

It is a direct and powerful path that leads to deeper recognition.

Self Enquiry leads to higher knowledge, where even what should be “alien” is no longer alien. This knowledge of higher energies is the knowledge of the higher Self and thus a complete understanding of all other energies at the highest level and the deepest charms.

One creator so while painting or sculpturing, not only creates but also explores. Writing is also a wonderful creation and a wonderful gift to mankind. In this place, unfortunately, I do not necessarily count any writing because texts on topics such as mindfulness, meditation or texts on any other spiritual topic are in this super modern and turbo capitalistic age not written with direct experience but are much more copied from other’s experiences and knowledge. And so, there is unfortunately no value of real unfolding and healing the heart and self enquiry. Such a path unfortunately does not lead to a deep recognition of the pure truth of the Self and of the deeper truths, no matter if it is a Swami or a Doctor of Commerce. With my deepest respect I bow before all sincere connoisseurs and writers.

The deepest recognition is the recognition of the Self.

For those who got ahead with recognizing their Self, higher recognition will happen spontaneously and very easily. One recognition unfolds the next one. There is always some higher recognition.

If you have a good knowledge of yogic breathing techniques then holding breath is very well known to you.

Holding your breath during pranayama is the best way to get restless senses and restlessness in the organs of the senses under control.

When the senses are brought under control, the subtlest depth of the heart is reached. And that’s where the pure goodness of your heart lives.

GOODNESS OF THE HEART IS INFINITY AND INFINITY CANNOT BE MEASURED

Pure goodness of heart has no unit, it has no analysis, no doubt, it does not measure, nor can it be measured.

„The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.“

-Helen Keller

unfolding and healing the heart

When the heart is opened to its deepest hidden goodness through self-control, self-exploration and through its own efforts and work on the depth of personal change and spirituality, then all five senses are also tamed.

When the five senses are tamed, then the higher senses are awakened.
