NATURE AND PRANA


 

Nature and prana is a small continuation of the text on prana, or vital energy and pranayama, yogic breathing techniques.

The sea, mountains, waterfalls, forests are all pervades with a huge amount of very strong prana. Nature and prana are an integral part of beauty.

 

There is no difference between us and the trees. Trees breathe what we exhale and we breathe what trees exhale.

Even our personal prana, vital energy, our body and our spirit go through different phases of each individual day, from morning to evening. Even in sleep.

With the help of correct, patient and at the same time persistent and dedicated practice of breathing techniques we keep our spirit steady and relaxed.

Once the prana in our entire system is rooted, the amount of prana in our body is maintained at a constant level throughout the day. It helps us stay present, alert and concentrated in everything we do. Our concentration and vigilance helps us. We are more useful to the whole environment.

With regular and dedicated practice we can influence stirred emotions, anger, malice, jealousy, envy but also love, kindness, joy and pleasure because even these most beautiful human qualities, when “overdosed” can take another form. They can become self-destructive and bring both love and kindness, and joy and satisfaction to the other side of the coin.

All you have to do is stop reading, analyzing and commenting on and on, and instead without delay start going out into nature and working on developing your personal spirituality, personal realization and complete health.
For this it is always wise to choose a solitude or quiet company that understands the beauty without words and which has respect for nature, for you and themselves.

And the benefits of such actions are an irreplaceable and unique experience.
