NATURE AND PRANA
Nature and prana is a small continuation of the text on prana, or vital energy and pranayama, yogic breathing techniques.
Prana pervades our entire environment but the difference in intensity and quality of prana is huge. The quality of the prana depends on the state of the atmosphere and the finest movement in it.
Anyone who seriously practices Yoga and its techniques, asanas or pranayama can unmistakably make a difference what breathing indoors with stale air or breathing in nature means for a clear mind, full lungs and serene spirit.
The sea, mountains, waterfalls, forests are all pervades with a huge amount of very strong prana. Nature and prana are an integral part of beauty.
There is no difference between us and the trees. Trees breathe what we exhale and we breathe what trees exhale.
Even our personal prana, vital energy, our body and our spirit go through different phases of each individual day, from morning to evening. Even in sleep.
