CHANGING OLD HABITS
Changing old habits is not a recipe for a quick cake that you would enjoy on your own or with the guests in the nest you are creating right now or created it already. Or something you would quickly buy or sell.
Changing old habits is a long way. For those people who are naturally selfish more than others, this transformation will be harder. The selfish person is not the one who does not share lunch or his material possessions with others. A selfish is one who does not want to help himself.
People talk a lot, they know a little and they are even less ready to deal with the hygiene of their personal psyche. It is always easier to deal with others. That’s why many choose that path. For that path no power is needed. For that path is needed boredom, dissatisfaction with oneself, an inability to accept Change.
Habits are that make your life, from this morning until tomorrow morning.
What you allow yourself or do not allow, it comes from your habits.
